The "Storm at Sunup<br>" album was signed in-person by Gino Vannelli at Club Caprice in Redondo Beach<br>, California on December 17, 1998.  He signed the album cover with a blue paint pen<br>.  The actual record will come with it but I don’t guarantee it's condition as I buy the albums based on the good condition of the covers since it's the signed cover that I believe is most collectible.<br>I guarantee the authenticity can be confirmed by any of the reputable authentication companies like Beckett, JSA, or ACOA.  Buyers should not automatically assume that just because a seller offers a COA that the signature is genuine.  Autographs are only as good as the integrity of the person who's selling them.  That said, I'll offer my own Celluloid Heroes COA signed by me to anyone that would like one with their purchase.  Sometimes when the celebrities are in a hurry they give a "rushed signature” that looks a bit sloppy even if I just watched them sign it.
