We are a USA company and all items are shipped from the USA to buyers in the USA.
We want you to come back to shop with us many times. We can be your reliable source for gemstones, jewelry, and other rarities. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable for the buyer – that's us! If we ever make a mistake, or in any way make your shopping experience with us less than perfect, please let us know. Please send a message to us if you need additional details and we will do our very best to make sure you are comfortably informed before buying.
We test the identity of every one of our gemstones and we test the metal purity of each setting. We use a combination of microscopes, light filters, UV lights, spectrophotometer, refractive index, polariscope, thermal conduction, and other tests as needed until we are certain of the species of the gemstone, its natural source, and its unusual properties (e.g. color change, cats-eye, etc.). Plus, we try to identify treatments. However, gem treatment methods are increasingly difficult to identify, so we report to you what we find. If you send one of our gemstones to a major USA certifying laboratory (e.g. AGS, AGTA, GIA, etc.) and they report to you that your gemstone was not the species of gem we said it was, we will refund to you all of your purchase money and pay for return shipping (not valid if you go to a jewelry store or pawn shop because of the high incidence of gem-switching and anti-online bias).
When our listing states NATURAL, we mean that the gem was mined from the ground. Natural gemstones sometimes have some character (some call them flaws). Often, such character is an integral part of their unique beauty and lets you know that they are genuinely natural, extremely rare gemstones. Truly natural gemstones are rarely completely flawless – especially untreated natural gemstones. Sometimes this character is visible to the unaided eye, sometimes it requires magnification. Cameras tend to amplify flaws beyond what can be seen with the unaided eye. Buying gemstones as they were made by nature means you are buying one-of-a-kind gemstones - no two natural gemstones have exactly the same character, color, faceting, etc. Your gemstone formed millions of years ago and sat in the ground waiting to be unearthed just for you!
Please look at all photos and written descriptions of this listing closely; they are all part of describing the gemstone, jewelry, Swarovski or other item you are buying. We show multiple photos of each item to most accurately portray each item. We invest great effort in photography because we want you to have the best opportunity to see what your item really looks like before buying. Often, it is extraordinarily difficult to take photos of gems and jewelry so that the real item matches the photos because our eyes see gemstones differently than do cameras. For many gems, cameras are just not able to adequately portray all features, for example: chatoyancy, star, color tones, iridescence, flaws, and fire are particularly tricky to accurately capture in a photo. Hence, we show to you many photos and include detailed written descriptions as well. Also, your monitor may portray items differently than ours does because of settings/models/etc., especially color tones, color saturation and brightness. Therefore, please use a combination of the photos and written descriptions to understand the items we are selling. If some difference in appearance (photos versus in-person) is not acceptable to you, then please contact us before purchase so that we can try to meet your needs with additional information so that you buy with confidence!
Measurements are in millimeters (mm) and weights are in carats, unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to a 10% variance in measurements for human or instrumentation error. Please note that our descriptions are based on our best opinion with the item held about 18" from the eyes without magnification. Everyone sees colors and other characteristics in their own way, so your view may be a little different than ours. If you want us to remeasure, please ask before you buy. We are happy to do what we can to make your buying experience comfortable and secure. Because the photos show items highly magnified so that you can see close-up details, almost every item listed has at least one photo of the item next to a ruler showing mm. Please utilize this photo and the stated dimensions and weights to understand actual sizes. Note: There are 25.4 mm in 1 inch. If an item has no photo with a ruler and you need one, please let us know and if you have any questions, please ask!
Returns: Items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Condition will be verified before refund will be issued.
Please contact us via eBay messages with any questions or problems. Let us have a conversation to resolve any problems before filing a complaint.
Our store's purpose is to provide an opportunity for you to buy fine rarities at good prices. THANK YOU!
