    Description

I bought this 1972 Telecaster with see thru blonde ash body in 1981, expecting to teach myself to play, but its only been out of the case for less than 50 hours over the last 37 years.....the original pickups were hand wound by John Benson of Benson Custom Handwound pickups due to a break in the bridge winding. I had Seymour Duncans installed while they were gone, and updated pots/cap, and switch. Both sets of pickups and electronics are included. This guitar is basically the same shape I bought it in back in '81. My youngest is the last of 4 to send to college, and its time to give up the dream, Lol. Here's a great vintage guitar that the second owner (me) never used, in fact it's only been out of the house once when I moved in 1993.-
Neck dated 3 MAR 1972, body stamped Chambers (see detail on photos)
