    Absolutely gorgeous and extremely rare original blonde
    1938 Kay "Swingmaster" upright bass. Only approximately 50 of
    these were made from 1937-1940. Serial # 1831 on original factory sticker inside body. Ebony fretboard. Note: beautiful engraved tuning key plate with floral patterns and signed "Kay Swing Master". Very nice! Original blonde finish. Check out
    the photos for small blemishes, fractures and scuffs. The
    resonance
    and the sustain of this bass is incredible. Stand and soft case are included. I have some additional photos upon request. This bass is located in Dallas, Texas and is for pickup only. If you collect Kay upright basses this might
    be your only opportunity to buy an original blonde Swingmaster from the 1930's. Very historical piece of music history. If it could only talk and tell us who played it,
