This is an original, vintage signed / autographed CD cover (the cover to the booklet accompanying the "Sinatra 80th Live in Concert" compact disc release)
.
The photo on the booklet cover features a great image of Sinatra in concert circa 1985.   It has been personally signed in full by Sinatra in silver ink.  The entire booklet is present as is the CD and case.  The booklet measures 5"x5".
