    Description

    I bought a nice collection of autographs of big band and jazz musicians, primarily from the 1940s. The owner appears to have lived in Philadelphia and got the signatures in person at the Earle Theater, which hosted lots of live big band acts at the time. This one is a signature from big band leader Frankie Carle, signed bold and clean. "Earle Theater, May 1, 1941," is written on the back of the card. Neat item with a great
    low opening bid.
