This autograph comes from the in-person collection of Steve Kostrubanic, 1952 Golden Gloves champion and lifetime autograph collector, who amassed over 30,000 autographs by attending numerous events and wandering outside theaters and sports venues, primarily in his home town of Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Kostrubanic later worked as Senator Jacob Javitz's personal driver, providing him access to even more celebrities. Note the newspaper clipping (Not included, shown to establish provenance) which shows Mr. Kostrubanic with the Clintons and discusses his in-person autograph collecting.
Mr. Kostrubanic would take a photo with a celebrity, then quickly print out the image on printer paper and have the celebrity sign it. While this photo is on regular printer paper, it is hard to distinguish from a regular photo until you touch it.
