Very rare signature from her last husband
He's been described as the singer's husband, manager, and a mob enforcer
The pair had a physical and rocky relationship
Since Holiday died without a will, McKay did end up inheriting Billie Holiday's estate including her recording royalties, publishing to songs like "God Bless The Child" and "Fine And Mellow", rights to her image, and her autobiography "Lady Sings The Blues"
The contract page has signs of age and handling. There is wear along the edges and some tape on verso. It can be matted for best presentation.
