CONNEE BOSWELL
(1908-1976) She was a contralto singer, popular as part
of the Boswell Sisters singing group and in films. In a wheelchair
from a young age, she concealed this creatively from the
viewing public, including changing  the spelling of her
first name to facilitate signing autographs.  Bold ink
inscription and signature on a vintage
album page, ca.1940s.
